The County Attorney is an elected official. The office of the County Attorney provides legal services on all criminal matters, traffic offenses, juvenile crimes and child-in-need-of-care cases. The office of the County Counselor shall provide legal services to the Board of County Commissioners, County Departments, boards and agencies organized under the Board of County Commissioners. The office of the Councilor shall also review all contracts, bonds, ordinances, resolutions and other written instruments.
