Greenwood County Tax Sale 2025
The Greenwood County Treasurer’s Office will conduct the Tax Sale on December 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The sale will be held at:
Memorial Hall
309 N. Oak
Eureka, KS
This public auction provides an opportunity for eligible bidders to purchase properties included in the county’s foreclosure proceedings.
Bidder Registration Requirements
All participants must meet the following requirements before the day of the sale:

All taxes must be paid and current to be eligible to participate.

Pre-registration is mandatory and opens December 1, 2025, through the Greenwood County Treasurer’s Office.

All bidders must register no later than the day before the auction to allow time for eligibility verification.
Registration completed after the deadline will not be accepted.
