2026 Election Schedule
June 1st @ Noon- Candidate Filing Deadline and Change of Party Affiliation before
Primary Election
July 14th– Last Day to Register to Vote before Primary Election
July 15th– 1st Day Ballots can be mailed to voters
July 16th– 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.- Public Equipment Testing @ Courthouse
July 22nd– In-Person Advanced Voting begins @ the Courthouse
July 28th– Deadline to apply for Advanced Mail Ballot
August 3rd– In-Person Advanced Voting ends @ NOON
August 3rd @ NOON- Deadline for Independent Candidate Filing
August 4th– Primary Election Day
(ALL Mail ballots must be returned by 7pm)
August 5th– Counting Board will meet to review Write-in votes
August 6th @ 9 a.m.- Election Audit drawing, followed by Election Audit
August 17th @ 10 a.m.- Election Canvass
August 18th– 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.- Post Election Public Equipment Testing
August 24th– Deadline for Write-In winners to decline nomination for General Election
November 3rd– General Election Day
