How does the County Appraiser decide property value?
       The County Appraiser is required to equally value all property in the county according to the current Kansas law. A property's value may alter over time due to physical changes and fluctuation in the local economy. The economy of the entire community may affect the market value of your property -  negatively or positively.

What is a rendition?
     A rendition is a form for tax payers to list all taxable personal property owned or in his/her control as of January 1. Submitted to the County Appraiser annually.
